Starts 20 May

Details

The purpose of this evening is to come together and share music in community. With gentle guidance we will dive into playing music, improvising, experimenting and having fun. This evening is open to everyone who has already played the handpan before (we recommend attending a Beginners Course if you haven't, you will then be ready to join us for this session!). All levels of skills and abilities are welcome, we can all learn from one another. Sharing music with other players is such a valuable experience that opens so many possibilities, it is a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and to put to use what you've previously learnt. Handpans (D Kurd scales), percussion instruments and a guitar along with few other instruments will be available in our studio for everyone to play, but please bring along your instruments if you have your own! This is a bi-weekly gathering guided by Amy Naylor, Marketa and guest teachers. We have limited space in our studio, so please make sure to book your spot. If the cost of this session is a barrier to participate, please get in touch.
